No Bake Banana Split Cheesecake

A delicious No Bake Banana Split Cheesecake that not only looks and tastes amazing, It is fairly easy to make.  Me and my partner love our sweets and I am always looking for low carb desserts that are delicious and healthier for our bodies. I came across this No bake banana split cake cheesecake on Lisa’s Blog  https://lowcarbyum.com. You can make a large pan of this low carb dessert for a cookout, birthday party, or a gathering of friends and be the standout or you can be like us and not share and eat it for multiple days  🙂
 
Ingredients:
Crust:
3 cups of almond flour
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/3 cup of Swerve
1 cup of butter melted
Filling:
       
16 ounces cream cheese
1 cup of melted butter
Toppings:
 
2 pints of strawberries sliced (fresh strawberries from a fruit stand is my favorite)
1 banana chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons of gelatin
3 tablespoons water
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of Swerve
Nuts (I followed the advice of Lisa and used chopped walnuts)
Chocolate sauce (I opted to use a weight watchers chocolate sauce I found in my  local grocery store).
Directions:
  1. Cover bottom of 9×13-inch pan with crust ingredients and press into crust
  2. Mix cream cheese and confectioner’s sweetener and add melted butter until smooth.
  3. Spread on top of crust.
  4. Mix strawberries and banana in medium bowl with lemon juice.
  5. Spread strawberries and banana mixture over cream cheese mixture.
  6. Make stabilized whipped cream softening gelatin in water and then pouring it into the heavy cream along with vanilla extract at the end of beating into whipped cream. Cover top with whipped cream mixture.
  7. Top with chopped nuts and chocolate sauce if desired.
Makes 20 Servings
