Italian Turkey Meatballs
1 lb. of ground turkey
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup of parsley chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning blend
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup of italian style panko breadcrumbs
Mozorella cheese (slices)
Mix all the ingredients and shape into 15 meatballs
Spray a non stick pan with Veggie cooking spray
Cook the meatballs for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through and nicely browned on the outside You will likely have to repeat the process for a second batch unless you have one big frying pan!
Simple, easy, and delicious. If your tired or just lazy (lol) You can use any store jarred sauce that you like. I prefer Barilla Tomato Basil. If you have more time and are ambitious, I have a fairly easy homemade sauce located at the bottom of my chicken parmigiana recipe post.
