Hi! My name is Mark!

I’m the author behind Meals with Mark. I’ve transformed my life from being 50 lbs overweight with no cooking or health knowledge and having low energy to a highly driven, energetic Dad making healthy, delicious recipes for 4 kids under 7.

A complete diet overhaul and fitness regimen helped transform me from the typical 6’3″ 240 lb “Dad Bod” to a healthy and lean 180-190 lbs! I want to share all the recipes I’ve learned and created on the way to help me transform my body and give me more energy to run around with my kids, even after a grueling morning workout!
